We review the tracking and investigate with the relevant carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, an appropriate resolution will be a reshipment or refund.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"term\" id=\"term-18\">\n<div>\n<h2>EU Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>Where EU distance-selling consumer rules apply, consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt without giving a reason. The customer may bear the direct return cost where properly informed in advance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"term\" id=\"term-19\">\n<div>\n<h2>Returns<\/h2>\n<p>For products eligible under the normal commercial return policy, a return request must be registered with support@zuryvan.com within 14 calendar days after receipt. The registered business address is not automatically the return address; return instructions provide the applicable address.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"term\" id=\"term-20\">\n<div>\n<h2>Return Shipping<\/h2>\n<p>For a normal change-of-mind or other non-defective return, the customer pays return shipping. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant pays the applicable return shipping cost.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"term\" id=\"term-21\">\n<div>\n<h2>Exchanges<\/h2>\n<p>Direct exchanges are supported. For a normal non-defective exchange, the customer pays both return shipping and replacement shipment cost. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant pays applicable return and replacement shipping costs. No restocking fee applies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"term\" id=\"term-22\">\n<div>\n<h2>Defective \/ Incorrect \/ Incomplete Goods<\/h2>\n<p>If goods are damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact customer support. Our internal processing target for the normal commercial return process is within 7 business days after returned goods are received and the necessary review is completed, subject to mandatory statutory refund deadlines. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to display funds.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"term\" id=\"term-24\">\n<div>\n<h2>Personalised Goods Exception Where Applicable<\/h2>\n<p>If made-to-order, custom-made or clearly personalised products are offered, they may fall within a statutory withdrawal exception where applicable law permits. Such an exception does not remove rights relating to defects, damage, incorrect goods, merchant production errors or other mandatory statutory rights.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"term\" id=\"term-25\">\n<div>\n<h2>Statutory Consumer Rights<\/h2>\n<p>Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. For an applicable EU statutory withdrawal, standard original delivery cost is refunded where required by law; supplementary delivery cost above the least expensive standard option may be excluded where the law permits.<\/p>\n<div class=\"callout\"><strong>Mandatory Statutory Consumer Rights remain unaffected.<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"term\" id=\"term-26\">\n<div>\n<h2>Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n<p>Website content, branding, text, graphics, layout and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws.
